A Machine Operator and Maintenance Technician is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery to ensure smooth production processes. Their responsibilities include:

1. Machine Operation

• Setting up, adjusting, and operating machinery according to specifications
• Monitoring machine performance to ensure efficiency
• Loading raw materials and inspecting finished products for quality

2. Routine Maintenance & Repairs

• Performing preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns
• Lubricating, cleaning, and replacing worn-out parts
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues

3. Safety & Compliance

• Following workplace safety regulations and standard operating procedures
• Identifying and reporting safety hazards
• Ensuring machines comply with industry standards

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Keeping records of machine performance, maintenance schedules, and repairs
• Reporting breakdowns and suggesting improvements
• Maintaining inventory of spare parts and tools

5. Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Working with engineers and supervisors to optimize production
• Suggesting upgrades or modifications for better efficiency
• Training new operators on machine handling and safety

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
