Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across departments to ensure efficiency and alignment with company objectives
  • Monitor KPIs and operational performance, implementing improvements as needed
  • Develop and refine operational policies, processes, and procedures to optimize productivity
  • Lead, coach, and support teams to ensure high performance and engagement
  • Coordinate with leadership and department heads on strategy execution and resource planning
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships (as applicable)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
  • Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively


 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in operations or management roles
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with operational tools/software (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management platforms).
