About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Affiliate Manager for the Pakistan market to help grow and manage affiliate partnerships in the iGaming industry.

The ideal candidate should already have some experience in affiliate marketing, online betting, CPA, media buying, or Telegram communities related to the Pakistan market. We are not looking for a senior-level manager, but for someone proactive, reliable, and eager to grow long-term within the company.

Responsibilities

• Search and onboard new affiliates for the Pakistan market
• Maintain relationships with existing partners
• Negotiate deals and optimize affiliate performance
• Monitor traffic quality and player activity
• Work with Telegram, Microsoft Teams, and other communication channels
• Analyze basic performance metrics and reports
• Cooperate with internal teams to improve campaigns and retention

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, CPA, betting, or iGaming
• Understanding of the Pakistan traffic market
• Good English communication skills
• Experience with Telegram and online communities
• Basic understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
• Responsible and self-motivated personality
• Ability to work remotely and independently

Nice to Have

• Existing affiliate contacts in Pakistan
• Experience with sportsbook or casino products
• Knowledge of Urdu or regional communities
• Experience with tracker/CRM platforms
