We are looking for a People & Culture Partner who enjoys building strong teams, creating meaningful experiences, and taking ownership of people-related initiatives from end to end.


 

This is a standalone People & Culture role who will be the primary people operations and culture-building and maintaining initiatives. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, enjoys solving people-related challenges, and can balance empathy with accountability.


 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain clear visibility on task ownership, team bandwidth, and overall execution flow across teams
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring quality hiring aligned with team needs and culture
  • Own the complete team member life-cycle, including on-boarding, engagement, development, and off-boarding
  • Lead structured feedback processes, including scheduled 1:1s, ensuring actionable and meaningful conversations
  • Plan and manage team engagement initiatives to strengthen culture
  • Apply strong understanding of organizational culture and ensure its consistency in day-to-day practices
  • Distinguish between performance gaps and situational challenges, and respond with balanced empathy and accountability
  • Act as a bridge between leadership and teams, ensuring clarity of expectations, priorities, and feedback in both directions
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and resolve them through effective cross-team coordination
  • Ensure team members remain engaged, aligned, and contributing meaningfully to their roles
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders (partners, vendors, publications) when required, maintaining clear and professional communication
  • Provide leadership with grounded, unbiased insights on team, execution risks, and people-related challenges


 

Must Haves

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in operations, people management, HR, or coordination-heavy roles
  • Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to understand people beyond surface-level communication
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt tone based on context and audience
  • Ability to stay composed and make sound judgments in ambiguous or sensitive situations
  • Experience in handling team dynamics, conflicts, or people-related challenges
  • Should have the understanding of learning & development ways


 

Good to Have

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to workforce planning or team capacity management
  • Experience managing all kind of talents, interns to senior level
  • Interest in organizational psychology, and culture-building
