Role Description
 

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi Division for a Shift Manager. The Shift Manager will oversee terminal operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with operational procedures. Responsibilities include managing staff workloads, supervising container movement, coordinating logistics, addressing operational issues, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high safety and environmental standards. The position requires leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities to support operational success.
 

Qualifications
 

• Proven experience in logistics, operations management, or terminal management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including delegation and staff training.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure scenarios.
• Understanding of safety, environmental regulations, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, along with organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts, often in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of terminal systems and container operations is a plus.
