Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our staffing division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding workforce needs, coordinating with recruitment teams, and ensuring timely and quality delivery of staffing solutions. This is a client-facing role that requires strong interpersonal skills, a consultative mindset, and a deep understanding of the recruitment/staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as the primary point of contact for staffing needs and issue resolution.
Account Growth & Retention:

Identify opportunities for account expansion and proactively work to grow revenue and engagement with each client.
Staffing Coordination:

Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely submission of qualified candidates that match client requirements.
Business Development Support:

Support the sales team in acquiring new clients by participating in client presentations, RFPs, and proposal development when needed.
Contract Management:

Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and alignment with agreed contract terms and SLAs.
Market Intelligence:

Stay informed about industry trends, talent availability, and competitors to better advise clients and shape internal strategies.
Issue Resolution:

Address any client concerns swiftly and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Reporting:

Provide regular reports and updates on account status, hiring progress, and revenue forecasts.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and staffing lifecycle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and recruitment tracking systems
