About the Role
We’re looking for an established Walmart.com Marketplace Channel Manager for our newly established Walmart.com Marketplace storefront. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end performance of the channel—from product listings and promotions to customer relationships, sales performance and revenue growth.
You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership to optimize and own a high-performing sales channel.
Key Responsibilities
Listings Management:
- Own daily operations of the account/storefront
- Manage product listings, pricing, bundles, and merchandising
- Ensure accurate inventory, lead times, and product availability
- Monitor channel health, compliance, and site best practices
Revenue Growth & Performance:
- Drive monthly revenue growth and retailer acquisition
- Launch and manage promotions, campaigns, and Faire-funded incentives
- Analyze performance metrics (revenue, AOV, conversion, reorders)
- Identify opportunities to increase repeat orders and retailer lifetime value
Relationship Management:
- Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
- Build strong shopper journey and product discovery
- Handle order issues, returns, and escalations professionally
Campaigns & Marketing Coordination:
- Coordinate promotions, brand sales, and seasonal campaigns
- Collaborate with internal marketing team on launches and featured products
- Support new product introductions
Reporting & Optimization:
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Track KPIs and recommend data-driven improvements
- Continuously test and optimize listings, pricing, and promotions (a/b testing)
Requirements
- 3+ years experience managing Walmart WFS or similar marketplaces
- Strong understanding of DTC ecommerce and pricing strategies
- Experience working with US/North American premium brands
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Data-driven mindset with basic analytics skills
- Excellent written English communication
- Able to work EST hours consistently
Nice to Have
- Experience with consumer goods, home, lifestyle, or beverage brands
- Background in ecommerce, Amazon, or other marketplaces
- Familiarity with inventory planning and demand forecasting
