3D Artist – Creative & Digital Design

We are seeking a talented 3D Artist to join our dynamic creative team based in North Nazimabad, Karachi. The ideal candidate will possess a keen artistic eye and the ability to transform concepts, references, and ideas into detailed, realistic, and visually compelling 3D artwork. This role offers a valuable opportunity for creative individuals to enhance their skills by working on real-world projects alongside an experienced creative and IT team. The position requires working in-person from Monday to Saturday, between 7:00 PM and 2:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D models and visually appealing 3D artwork that meet project requirements.
- Translate reference images, concepts, and ideas into detailed and accurate 3D designs.
- Develop realistic materials, textures, lighting, and environments to enhance visual quality.
- Maintain consistent visual standards across all projects to ensure polished outputs.
- Produce realistic and refined renders tailored for various creative assignments.
- Review feedback carefully and implement revisions or improvements as needed.
- Explore and apply new 3D techniques, tools, and creative styles to stay current.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop engaging and innovative visual content.

Required Qualifications
- Strong passion and genuine interest in 3D art and visual design.
- Solid understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, composition, and rendering principles.
- A creative eye with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to produce visually appealing artwork.
- Proficiency with 3D software and digital creative tools commonly used in the industry.
- Ability to interpret references and accurately recreate visual concepts in 3D form.
- Basic knowledge of materials, lighting setups, and realistic rendering techniques.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and continuously improve artistic and technical skills.
