Fashion Designer - Leather & Garments

We are looking for a Fashion Designer to create new product launches across our garment and leather ranges. You will turn trends and brand direction into designs, tech packs, and samples that are ready for production. You will work closely with the Pattern Master and sample makers from the first idea to the approved sample.
Job Responsibilities

• Research fashion trends, competitor launches, and customer feedback to find new product ideas.
• Create design concepts, sketches, and mood boards for new collections and single launches.
• Prepare clear tech packs covering measurements, materials, trims, colors, and construction details.
• Select leather, fabrics, linings, and trims that fit the design, the quality standard, and the cost target.
• Brief the Pattern Master and sample team, and follow each sample through development.
• Review samples for look, fit, and finish, then give clear correction notes.
• Keep a record of every design, revision, and approved sample.
• Coordinate with the creative, product, and sourcing teams on launch timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in woven and leather garment design is required.
• Strong sketching skills, both hand and digital (Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop or similar).
• Good understanding of garment construction, materials, and fit.
• Clear communication with production and sampling teams.
