Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in video editing, visual storytelling, and digital content creation. This role requires a professional who can transform concepts, raw footage, and marketing ideas into engaging, high-quality video content that supports our brand, marketing campaigns, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Content Creation

• Edit professional short-form and long-form videos for social media, marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and corporate communications.
• Create engaging reels, shorts, advertisements, testimonials, product videos, and promotional content.
• Transform raw footage into compelling visual stories through effective editing, pacing, transitions, sound design, and visual enhancements.
• Add subtitles, captions, overlays, and graphical elements to improve viewer engagement and accessibility.
• Optimize videos for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and company websites.
• Perform basic color correction, audio enhancement, and video optimization to ensure professional-quality output.

Subtitle & Caption Management

• Generate, edit, and manage accurate subtitles and captions using CapCut.
• Ensure subtitle accuracy, readability, timing synchronization, and brand consistency.
• Create engaging caption styles and text animations suitable for social media platforms.

Collaboration & Project Management

• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop content strategies and video concepts.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative content ideas.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Organize project files, footage, and creative assets efficiently.
• Stay updated with industry trends, editing techniques, and evolving social media content formats.

Required Skills

Software Proficiency

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• CapCut
• Adobe Photoshop

Technical & Creative Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro for editing reels, shorts, advertisements, promotional videos, testimonials, and long-form content.
• Expertise in creating accurate subtitles and captions using CapCut.
• Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, composition, and audience engagement.
• Experience creating content for social media marketing, digital advertising, and online campaigns.
• Expertise in subtitle creation, caption editing, audio synchronization, and video optimization.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to balance creativity with marketing and business objectives.
• Understanding of current social media trends and content formats.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in Video Editing.
• Proven experience creating high-quality video content across multiple digital platforms.
• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in Multimedia, Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing projects, reels, advertisements, and creative content.
