  • Assist in managing and maintaining financial records for the Shared Services department in Pakistan, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Process financial transactions, including accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting, providing insights to support decision-making for the management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise.
  • Issuing invoices to the different clients pertains to different commercial domains and ensuring timely recoveries to be made.
  • Support the implementation of financial process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and controls.

     

Job Requirements

  • ACCA , / ACCA finalist.
  • More than 2 years of relevant work experience in a finance role, preferably in a shared services environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Experience with financial systems and software, such as ERP systems, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and present findings effectively.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
