About The Job

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring seamless communication, and managing projects effectively to meet deadlines and expectations. This role involves both client-facing and internal coordination tasks, requiring excellent organizational and communication skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Client Communication and Relationship Management:

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, address inquiries, and manage expectations.
Understand client needs and translate them into actionable strategies for internal teams.


2. Project Coordination and Follow-up:

Assist in managing internal and external communication related to ongoing projects.
Ensure deliverables are on track, meeting established timelines, and aligned with client expectations.
Proactively follow up on client inquiries and internal project updates to ensure smooth operations.


3. Brand Account Management:

Support brand accounts management by ensuring that deliverables align with the company’s standards and client requirements.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
Monitor and report on account performance and client satisfaction levels.


4. Administrative Support:

Assist in administrative tasks such as documentation, meeting scheduling, and progress reporting related to project coordination and client management.
Maintain organized records of client communication, project deliverables, and timelines.
Support the development of internal processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.


5. Continuous Improvement:

Identify areas for process improvement in client and project management to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.


Qualifications and Skills

 

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Previous experience in account management, project coordination, or client servicing is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage client interactions and internal communication.
Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Problem-solving Skills: Ability to address challenges and propose practical solutions.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
