As a Management Trainee - Supply Chain, you will undergo an immersive program designed to cultivate your skills in procurement, logistics, and supply chain management of the private sector. This role offers hands-on experience, mentorship from industry experts, and the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects within our organization.

✪ ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Conduct purchasing and stocking activities for 7-8 figure Amazon brands
Weekly and monthly reporting for accounting and brand management
Focus on enhancing inventory management, customer excellence, logistics efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-effective solutions
Get trained in making Supply Chain Systems for huge consumer brands using cloud-based ERP systems
Internal SOPs Development and Digital Project Management Training
Actively contribute to initiatives aimed at optimizing supply chain operations
Analyze data to identify areas for cost competitiveness and process enhancements
Receive comprehensive training with a focus on driving improvements and digitalization in supply chain management.

✪ TO BE THE BEST FIT FOR THIS ROLE YOU NEED THE FOLLOWING:

Experience and efficiency in Microsoft Excel (Macros, Pivot Table, VLOOKUPs, IFERROR, SUMIF)
High-end spoken and written English
Self-learning capability is a must
A positive attitude and working in collaboration with the team
Critical thinker and high intellect (most important)
Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Project Management tools is a plus but not necessary
