About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager - Finance & Accounts to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage core finance functions: general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, exception items, and fixed asset accounting.
• Analyze periodic reports and support financial and variance analysis.
• Review and reconcile financial data to keep our records accurate.
• Oversees and prepares journal entries and adjustments to records, files, and statements.
• Maintain high delivery quality standards and make sure all finance work follows established policies.
• Ensures that finance functions are completed in accordance with established policies and standards.
• Direct, supervise, and assist in appraising finance personnel.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: ACCA finalist or CA Finalist (Article ship completed).
• Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a managerial role.
• US-based accounting experience is mandatory.
• BPO Experience will be a plus point.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks (Online & Desktop) and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
