Job Details

We are looking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant for Night Shift to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial recordkeeping.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Assist with budgeting, month-end closing activities, and the preparation of financial statements.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including invoice processing, payment verification, vendor reconciliations, and collection follow-ups.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies as required.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Must be Enrolled or Part Qualified in ACCA, CMA, or CA.
• 6 months to 1 years years of accounting experience, preferably with US-based accounting.
• Experience with BPO will be considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online & Desktop is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
