Position: Admin Officer
Location: Korangi Industrial Area – Karachi
Job Summary
Center for Non-Communicable Diseases (CNCD), is looking for an organized and energetic “Admin Officer” who will be responsible for providing admin support, organize and oversee the daily operations of our organization.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's or Master Degree in business administration or business management.
· Solid knowledge of office procedures with a problem-solving attitude
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Experience with office management software like (MS Excel, Word, specifically)
· Familiarity with procurement processes
Experience:
- At least 1-2 years experience in a reputable organization in the same capacity would be preferred.
Responsibilities:
· Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best deals on office supplies, equipment, and other necessary items.
· Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
· Collaborate with different departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods.
· Perform market research to get the best deals for the company and ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
· Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
· coordinate cleaning staff to ensure a clean and hygienic office environment.
· Schedule and conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
· Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
· Coordinate with relevant parties for maintenance and repairs.
· Perform & manage all Admin & Procurement related works.
