Required Experience
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Executive Coordinator supporting senior leadership or C-level executives
Proven expertise in task tracking, action-item management, and stakeholder follow-up
Strong experience with meeting management, MOMs, executive reporting, and KPI monitoring
Experience coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and collaboration/project management tools including Zoho, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Slack
