We're Hiring: Admissions Counselor

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: On-Site

Working Days: Monday–Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

IMC Certifications Pakistan is looking for a motivated and results-driven Admissions Counselor to join our growing team. If you have a passion for sales, student counseling, and helping individuals achieve their career goals, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Admissions, Education Counseling, or Business Development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent counseling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Experience in the Education or EdTech industry will be an advantage.
• 
   

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students on professional certification programs.
• Manage inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Convert leads into successful enrollments.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospective students and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
• Deliver an excellent admissions experience throughout the enrollment process.
