Aesthetic Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and professional #AestheticReceptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role involves managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service in a high-end aesthetic clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients warmly, ensuring a luxurious and professional experience.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and messages professionally and promptly.
• Educate clients on available treatments, promotions, and packages.
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Process payments and manage billing efficiently.
• Coordinate with aestheticians and medical staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of client records and personal information.
• Assist with social media updates, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role (preferably in aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in appointment scheduling software (such as Zenoti, Mindbody, or similar).
• A polished and professional appearance.
• Basic knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures is a plus.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with a customer-centric approach.
