Description:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Manage the company’s front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain office security by following procedures, including monitoring visitor logs.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Experience: 02 Year Relevant Experience (Receptionist/FMCG)

Qualification: Bachelors Completed

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
