We exclusively work with B2B (Business-to-Business) SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) products and specialize in SaaS-trained SDRs who set up qualified meetings for product demos/pitches.

Role

As an AI Developer at Scalemill, you’ll design, build and deploy AI-driven solutions for our internal AI projects, including Scalemill GPT, Knowledge HUB, AI Academy and Scalemill Mock. You'll develop and integrate LLM-based models, NLP (Natural Language Processing) systems, knowledge bases and adaptive learning tools into scalable platforms, ensuring robust performance, automation and cloud deployment. You’ll work closely with the team to create intelligent, production-ready AI features that enhance employee knowledge, learning and skill development within Scalemill.

Key Responsibilities

 

• AI Development and Integration
  • Ideate, design, develop and deploy AI solutions across all Scalemill AI initiatives, including Scalemill GPT, Knowledge HUB, AI Academy and Scalemill Mock
  • Build and integrate LLM-based models, NLP (Natural Language Processing) systems and AI-driven knowledge tools into Scalemill’s scalable B2B SaaS platforms
     
• Prompt Engineering
  • Craft and optimize prompts to guide AI models for accurate, relevant and actionable outputs
  • Ensure AI responses align with business needs, learning objectives and enterprise workflows
     
• Knowledge and Data Management
  • Develop and maintain knowledge bases, semantic search systems and knowledge graphs to support enterprise decision-making
  • Manage structured and unstructured data pipelines to ensure accurate, efficient and reliable AI outputs
     
• E-Learning and Interactive AI Solutions
  • Create adaptive learning modules, assessment automation and AI-powered training tools for the Scalemill AI Academy
  • Enhance user experience, engagement and learning outcomes through intelligent AI features
     
• Deployment and MLOps
  • Implement cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices for production-ready AI systems
  • Monitor, optimize and scale AI models to ensure high performance, reliability and business impact
     
• Collaboration and Innovation
  • Design and deliver AI solutions that are practical, user-friendly and impactful
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies to continuously improve Scalemill’s AI products
     
• Leadership and Collaboration
  • Provide technical leadership and oversight for all Scalemill AI initiatives, ensuring alignment across projects
  • Collaborate with product, engineering and design teams to deliver practical, user-centric AI solutions
  • Drive innovation by staying ahead of emerging AI technologies, prompt engineering best practices, and industry trends

• Basic technology: comfortable using computers, smartphones and common office software

• AI and machine learning: Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, NLP, deep learning, machine learning
• Programming and frameworks: Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn
• Knowledge and data management: knowledge bases, semantic search, knowledge graphs, ETL, structured and unstructured data B2B SaaS and deployment: multi-tenant SaaS, API development, microservices, cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• E-Learning and AI academy: LMS integration, adaptive learning, assessment automation

• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluent English (written and verbal) is essential
• At least two years of proven experience in a related role
