We are hiring a senior-level automation engineer to architect and operate internal and client-facing automation systems across multiple platforms.

You will build production-grade systems involving APIs, workflow engines, deployment environments, data layers, and AI-powered routing logic.

• GoHighLevel
• n8n
• Supabase / Postgres
• AWS
• Meta Ads infrastructure
• Custom API layers

What You’ll Do

Automation Architecture

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade automation services and workflows
• Develop and support REST APIs and webhook listeners for event-driven systems
• Design structured data pipelines between CRMs, AI services, and analytics platforms
• Create fault-tolerant workflows with retries, logging, error handling, and monitoring

Infrastructure & Deployment

• Deploy and operate services on AWS (Lambda, EC2, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway)
• Containerize services using Docker
• Implement CI/CD best practices using GitHub
• Maintain version control and structured deployment processes

Workflow & Integration Layer

• Build complex orchestrations in n8n
• Integrate SaaS platforms via REST APIs, OAuth, and webhook systems
• Design event-driven automation architectures
• Implement data transformation and validation layers

Data Layer

• Design and maintain structured schemas in Postgres/Supabase
• Ensure clean data flow between CRM, AI, and reporting layers
• Optimize data queries and performance

AI Automation

• Lead classification
• Text summarization
• Routing logic
• Structured extraction
• Conversational automation
• Design guardrails and validation logic around AI outputs

Reliability & Observability

• Add structured logging and monitoring
• Implement retry logic and idempotency safeguards
• Design systems that fail gracefully
• Document systems clearly and maintain structured SOPs

Mandatory Requirements

• 4+ years experience in automation, backend, or systems engineering
• Strong Python experience
• REST API development and integration
• Webhook architecture
• Experience with n8n, Make, or similar orchestration tools
• Experience deploying services on AWS (Lambda / EC2 / ECS / API Gateway)
• Working knowledge of Postgres or Supabase
• Experience containerizing services with Docker
• GitHub and collaborative version control workflow

Strongly Preferred

• Experience with CRM-heavy automation environments
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel
• Experience implementing AI-powered automation systems
• Experience building webhook-driven event pipelines
• Experience with browser automation (Selenium / Puppeteer)

Compensation

• 125,000-200,000 PKR
• Long-term role
