Amazon and eCommerce Marketplace Expert

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Amazon and eCommerce Marketplace Expert to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

The Amazon and eCommerce Marketplace Expert will be responsible for managing our online sales presence across various eCommerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Etsy and others. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in product listing and optimization, inventory management, order processing and fulfillment, customer service, market research and analysis, marketing and promotions, and compliance and policy management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Listing and Optimization

• Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon and other eCommerce marketplaces.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve product visibility and ranking.
• Ensure product descriptions, images, and other content are accurate, engaging, and up-to-date.
• Regularly update product listings based on market trends and performance data.

2. Inventory Management

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure timely restocking.
• Utilize inventory management tools and software to track and forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and market demand.
• Manage and track shipments to and from fulfillment centers.

3. Order Processing and Fulfillment

• Oversee the entire order processing cycle, from order receipt to shipment.
• Coordinate with fulfillment centers, shipping carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Resolve any issues related to order processing, cancellations and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and returns.

4. Customer Service

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and returns promptly and professionally.
• Provide pre- and post-purchase support to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

5. Market Research and Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform business decisions.
• Prepare and present reports on market insights and sales performance.

6. Marketing and Promotions

• Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
• Manage advertising campaigns on Amazon (PPC) and other platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to create compelling promotional content and campaigns.
• Utilize marketplace advertising tools to drive traffic and sales.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.

7. Compliance and Policy Management

• Ensure compliance with all marketplace policies, guidelines, and regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in marketplace policies and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Manage intellectual property rights and handle infringement issues.
• Handle any compliance-related issues or disputes.
• Implement best practices to prevent account suspensions and other policy violations.

Requirements:

• 2 Years of Proven experience.
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms like, Amazon, eBay, Etsy and others
• Excellent understanding of SEO and keyword research tools.
• Proficiency in inventory management and order processing.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with market research and data analysis.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Familiarity with compliance and policy management for eCommerce platforms.

Shift Timings:

• Monday to Friday
• Night Shift - 9 PM to 6 AM (8 Hours + 1 Hour Break)
• On-site Working
