Job Description

Fast Products Distributions is seeking a skilled Amazon Catalog Handler to join our onsite team. This role requires a professional with at least three years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing product listings on Amazon. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong expertise in Amazon Seller Central, including handling flat file uploads and resolving catalog or listing issues efficiently. As part of this role, you will lead a team of five, coordinating efforts to ensure that product data is accurate, up to date, and optimized for maximum visibility and sales performance. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the shopping experience by maintaining high-quality product listings and catalog accuracy. You will utilize various product listing tools and warehouse management systems to streamline operations. Your ability to analyze and improve catalog listings will directly impact product discoverability and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to company policies will also be vital to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
 

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Amazon product catalog, ensuring all listings comply with Amazons guidelines and company standards.
• Lead and coordinate a team of five catalog specialists, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.
• Perform quality control checks on product listings to ensure accuracy in titles, descriptions, images, and pricing details.
• Utilize Amazon Seller Central and flat file uploads to create, update, and maintain product listings promptly.
• Resolve catalog and listing issues including duplicates, listing suppressions, and errors by liaising with Amazon support and internal teams.
• Analyze catalog data and implement strategies for improving product visibility and search rankings within Amazons marketplace.
• Maintain and update product categorization and classification to reflect the latest inventory and product portfolio changes.
• Collaborate with warehouse management teams to synchronize inventory and product availability in the catalog.
• Monitor performance KPIs and generate detailed reports to track catalog health and listing effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain a verifiable portfolio highlighting successful projects, including live store improvements, screenshots, and case studies.
• Stay current with Amazon platform updates, listing trends, and new tools to recommend improvements and best practices.
