AQ Lab Assistant

We are looking for a committed Lab Assistant to join our Food Department team based in Korangi. The successful candidate will have practical experience in quality testing, including inspecting raw materials and finished products, conducting sampling, and performing basic laboratory procedures. A solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards is essential to ensure compliance and uphold product excellence. This position requires physical presence at the workplace, and candidates who live in Korangi will be preferred. Additionally, owning a bike for commuting is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality testing of raw materials and finished food products to ensure they meet established standards.
- Perform accurate sampling and carry out basic laboratory procedures following protocols.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards throughout the production process.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all testing and inspection results for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to promptly identify and resolve any quality-related issues.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification of Intermediate.
- At least one year of experience working as a Lab Assistant or in a similar role within a food laboratory environment.
- Must own a bike for daily commuting to the workplace.
- Ability and willingness to work on-site at the Korangi location.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
