Job Title: Assistant Director – International Engagement

Location: Gulshan e Iqbal, Karachi.

Job Type: Full-time (6 days a week)

Pay Scale: 70k-80k

A leading institution committed to academic excellence and global collaborations is seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Director – International Engagement to strengthen our international partnerships, foster global outreach, and enhance student mobility programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with international universities and institutions.

• Oversee student exchange, study abroad, and transnational education programmes.

• Coordinate agreements, MOUs, and collaborative projects with global academic partners.

• Represent the university at international forums, conferences, and networking events.

• Work closely with internal departments to facilitate cross-border academic initiatives.

• Support international student recruitment and engagement strategies.

• Ensure compliance with international education policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in International Relations, Education, Business, or a related field (A Levels Background would be preferred).

• Minimum of 1 year-experience in international education, partnerships, or higher education administration.

• Strong knowledge about Transnational Education Policy and its types.

• Should have professional networking and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Experience in managing MOUs and institutional collaborations is a plus.
