Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Oversight: Supervise all phases of the Karachi Safe City Project ensuring execution as per PC-I.

Liaison & Communication: Represent the executive agency and coordinate with stakeholders.

Project Management: Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.

Policy Implementation: Ensure adherence to government policies and technical standards.

Reporting & Documentation: Regularly report project progress and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Risk Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Job Type:

Contract-based for two (2) years, extendable based on performance

Location: Karachi, Sindh

Salary: Competitive, market-based package

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's in:

Electronics

Computer Science

Telecommunication Engineering

Information Security

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Information Technology (IT)

Law

Public Administration

Business Administration

International Security / Cybersecurity
(Minimum 16 years of education from HEC-recognized institution)

Experience: Preference for candidates with experience on mega projects

Age Limit: Not exceeding 55 years
