Qualification:

Masters/ Bachelor's degree (equivalent to té years of education) in Accounting/Finance or Law from HEC recognized reputable University/Institute or Qualified CA/CMA/ACCA

 

Post Qualification Experience:

At least 15 years of post-qualification experience in refated field. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of managing financial/legal transactions of Merger/Restructuring is preferable.
Note: In case of qualified Chartered Accountant, CA Articleship will be considered as part of requisite experience for the above-mentioned position.

Nature of Employment:

Contract (03 years) extendable on need and
performance basis The Commission may consider to regularize the position (after three years) subject to meeting the criteria prescribed for this purpose.
