Position Overview:

The Client Management Specialist is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, providing exceptional service, and acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and face-to-face meetings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Understand client goals, challenges, and expectations, and align company services to meet those needs.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive first impression.
  • Proactively address issues and resolve problems to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and reduce churn rates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development, customer support) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.
  • Manage client projects, including timelines, deliverables, and communication.
  • Ensure that all client deliverables are met within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Prepare regular reports on client account status, including metrics like client satisfaction, revenue, and account growth.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management to drive client success and business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client management, account management, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of client service principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, MS Office and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
