Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through outbound sales calls.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle objections professionally and convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Maintain accurate call records, follow-ups, and sales reports.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Qualifications & Skills

• Intermediate (12th Grade), Graduate, or BBA.
• 2–3 years of experience in outbound call center sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Urdu & English.
• Proven ability to close sales and achieve targets.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, confident, and result-oriented.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking is an advantage.
