Call Centre Agent (US Market)

𝗩𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗱𝗴𝗲 is expanding its international client operations and is looking for motivated professionals to support outbound communication and client engagement activities for the US market.

Shift: Mon–Fri | 8 PM–5 AM (Onsite - Night Shift)

Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound communication with international clients

• Understanding client needs and presenting suitable solutions

• Maintaining client relationships, follow-ups, and records

• Achieving performance KPIs set by management

Who Can Apply

• 0–2 years of experience in BPO, call center, or client-facing roles

• Strong English communication skills

• Confident fresh graduates willing to learn are encouraged to apply
