Assistant Manager Electrical Maintenance

We are hiring for "Assistant Assistant Manager - Electrical Maintenance

Requirements:

1. Implement corrective and preventive maintenance plan as scheduled.

2. Identify and suggest ways to improve the maintenance procedures in order to efficiently conduct shutdown and turnaround in accordance to quality and safety standards.

3. Ensure compliance to HSE standard during all maintenance work.

4. Manage shift rosters of teams according to maintenance plan.

5. Monitor all maintenance work as per relevancy and urgency.

6. Assist and guide supervisors (shift in-charges) in complex maintenance work.

7. Review and interpret manuals and blueprints.

8. Ensure the availability of consumables and spare stocks in close liaison with procurement store and inventory department.

9. Ensure adequate training and development of maintenance team for optimum productivity by managing weekly training sessions.

10. To make monthly reports for maintenance progress and performance.

11. To perform miscellaneous duties as per Seniors’ advise.

Education: B.E. Electrical

Experience: At least 5-6 years of relevant experience

Location: Karachi.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
