Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Reporting, located in Karachi. The primary responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial reports and statements, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards, and supporting finance teams with necessary data analysis. The role involves maintaining accurate accounting records, identifying trends through financial data, and assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and year-end audits. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and analysis will also be part of day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Proficiency in preparing, interpreting, and analyzing financial statements
• Thorough understanding of financial reporting and compliance standards
• Background in accounting and finance with a solid understanding of best practices
• Highly detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications or equivalent are a plus
• Experience within the retail or FMCG industry is an advantage.
