Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring a technically strong and proactive Assistant Manager – IT Infrastructure for a prestigious client in the Frozen Food Manufacturing Sector.
Industry: Frozen Food Manufacturing
Location: Head Office – Karachi
Qualification: BSc / MSc in Computer Science, IT, or related field; CCNA, MCSE, or equivalent certifications are a plus
Experience: 4–7 years in IT Infrastructure management, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG
Candidate Profile:
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure across head office and plant locations
• Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity
• Proven ability to ensure system reliability, data security, and seamless business operations
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and team management skills
• Experience supporting ERP systems and digital transformation initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, servers, storage systems, and enterprise applications
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems
• Oversee LAN/WAN connectivity, firewalls, VPNs, and cybersecurity protocols
• Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, backups, and disaster recovery planning
• Support and optimize ERP and other business-critical software
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, system upgrades, and IT support services
• Implement IT policies, compliance standards, and data protection measures
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues promptly
• Support digital transformation initiatives and infrastructure scalability
