EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager - Marketing to enhance its corporate communication and brand management efforts. This role focuses on creating compelling content for various communication channels, including press releases, internal memos, and media responses, to support both internal and external stakeholders. The individual will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to craft messaging that aligns with the brand's tone and business objectives. While not managing a team, the role requires collaboration across departments and agencies to drive impactful marketing campaigns and maintain brand consistency. The Assistant Manager will also engage in brand development by supporting campaigns that elevate EFU Lifes industry position and social responsibility image. Additional responsibilities include managing media relations and PR execution in coordination with external partners, driving internal communication initiatives that promote a strong company culture, and contributing creatively to corporate and brand campaigns. The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, with 3 years of relevant experience, strong storytelling and writing skills, and a creative mindset capable of connecting with diverse audiences.
