We're Hiring: General Manager – E-Commerce

Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of a leading organization for the position of *General Manager – E-Commerce. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to lead and scale multi-platform e-commerce operations across global marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and other online marketplaces.
* Manage and optimize *Private Label (PL), Wholesale, and Dropshipping business models.
* Lead PPC campaigns, keyword optimization, and conversion strategies to maximize sales and ROI.
* Oversee marketplace operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, and performance analytics.
* Build, launch, and scale e-commerce brands from concept to profitability.
* Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.
* Monitor marketplace trends, competitor activities, and platform policy updates.
* Drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across all online channels.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
* MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience:
*13–14 years of progressive experience in e-commerce, digital retail, or online marketplace management.
* Proven expertise in managing Amazon (FBA, Private Label, Wholesale, PPC)* along with eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.
* Demonstrated success in scaling online businesses and driving revenue growth.

Required Skills:
* Strong expertise in Amazon PPC, FBA, product ranking, keyword research, and listing optimization.
* Hands-on experience with marketplace management and e-commerce analytics.
* Proficiency in tools such as *Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, Amazon Ad Manager*, and similar platforms.
* Strong leadership, strategic planning, analytical, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities.
* In-depth understanding of global marketplace policies, compliance, and emerging e-commerce trends.
