Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager – Cosmo Pharma Int. (Pvt.) Ltd.

Cosmo Pharma is looking for an organized, detail-oriented and commercially aware professional to manage Sales & Marketing operations, product coordination, marketing material development, ERP data and cross-functional execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Sales & Marketing operations and maintain accurate ERP/live sheet records.
• Maintain customer, product, quotation, order and sales data.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate product costing, pricing and approvals.
• Coordinate new product development, product launches and product positioning.
• Develop and coordinate product marketing material including product profiles, literature, leaflets, brochures, posters, drop cards, visual aids and promotional content.
• Coordinate product information including indications, dosage, benefits, specifications and other approved product matter.
• Prepare creative/design briefs and supervise graphic designers for labels, cartons, packaging, promotional materials and digital creatives.
• Review designs, coordinate revisions and ensure final materials are aligned with approved product information, brand requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate QC/QA and Regulatory review and approval of product and marketing materials.
• Coordinate toll manufacturing orders, production status and delivery follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, QC/QA, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Procurement and other relevant departments.
• Prepare sales reports, sales analysis and management dashboards.
• Maintain product master files, marketing documents, approved artworks and related records.

Requirements

• Pharm-D preferred; BBA, Marketing, Business Administration or related qualification may be considered.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry.
• ERP experience strongly preferred.
• Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets and data-analysis skills.
• Experience in product marketing, literature development or marketing material coordination is preferred.
• Good understanding of product positioning and ability to coordinate marketing content and designs.
• Strong communication, multi-focus coordination and follow-up skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple activities across departments.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
