Job Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Onsite
Shift: Night Shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM PKT
Salary: PKR 80,000 to PKR 100,000 per month, based on interview evaluation, qualifications, and experience

PsychPlus is a behavioral healthcare organization supporting patients across the United States through technology-enabled mental health services. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Patient Financial Services team to support patient payment operations.

About the Role

PsychPlus is seeking a Self-Pay Collections Representative to communicate with patients regarding outstanding balances, process payments, and provide excellent customer service.

This is a customer-facing role that requires strong verbal English communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to build rapport with patients over the phone. Previous healthcare collections experience is not required, as training will be provided.

We welcome candidates who have completed A Levels or those with experience working in a U.S.-based voice campaign.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact patients regarding outstanding account balances and available payment options
• Answer patient questions related to billing and payment information
• Process patient payments accurately using approved payment methods
• Document patient interactions and payment activity within company systems
• Maintain accurate records of payment arrangements and account updates
• Follow established collection procedures and company policies
• Escalate complex billing issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer service expectations
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling patient information

Required Qualifications

• Completed A Levels is a must.
• Must be 18 years or above.
• Current experience working in a U.S.-based voice campaign, Ibex US-based voice campaign experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with patients over the phone throughout the workday
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite in Karachi, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM PKT

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a U.S. customer service, collections, sales, or call center environment
• Experience handling payment-related inquiries or account support
• Experience working in healthcare customer service or revenue cycle operations
• Familiarity with CRM or customer support systems
