The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, can provide customer support, a can-do attitude, be eager to learn new things, and be passionate about sales & cold calling.

Experience Required:

• Must have 2-3 years of sales experience in any UK/Based Call Center.

Qualification Required:

• O Levels or A Levels with BSC / Graduation in Marketing or Any Discipline is a Plus

• Answering calls to handle queries and convert calls into sales
• Answering chat queries and converting that chat into sales
• Identify new clients to mature sales

• Follow up with new prospects to get feedback about demo classes and generate sales
