Assistant Manger Data Analyst

Leopards Courier Services Pvt. Ltd, based in Karachi, Pakistan, is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager Data Analyst to join their team. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify data needs and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Assist in designing and implementing data collection systems and strategies to optimize data quality and accuracy.
- Support management in making informed decisions by presenting data findings clearly and effectively.
- Monitor trends and patterns in data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reduction.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within logistics, courier, or supply chain industries.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with database management and data warehousing concepts.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
