Salary: PKR 65,000 – 100,000 per month

About the Role:
Romeo Consulting & Staffing LLC is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Karachi. This role focuses on selling credit cards to potential clients in the US market. You will be provided with leads and will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and persuading them to opt for financial products that best suit their requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and present credit card options effectively.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable credit card solutions.
• Build rapport with clients and address their inquiries or concerns professionally.
• Follow up on leads to maximize conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress.
• Meet performance expectations set by the company.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent English communication skills – ability to confidently engage with US-based clients.
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in financial products, is a plus.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into customers.
• A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts to align with US business hours.
