UK Sales Representative (Design Services)

We are looking for dynamic and goal-driven Sales Representatives to join our international sales team. Your primary focus will be selling design services to clients in the UK market, generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals. This role is ideal for individuals who are persuasive communicators and have experience in international sales.

• Shift Timings: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (PKT) | Monday to Friday

Job Description:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UK market for design services.
• Engage with leads through cold outreach, follow-ups, and effective communication.
• Understand client requirements and pitch tailored design solutions (branding, web design, UI/UX, etc.).
• Collaborate with the design and operations team to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in internal tracking systems.
• Build long-term relationships with international clients, primarily B2B.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and website development is a plus.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented approach.

Requirements:

• Proven international sales experience, preferably targeting UK/European clients.
• Prior experience with platforms such as Upwork or Bark is a plus.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with digital design trends and terminology is advantageous.
