Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Boiler Supervisor, located in Karachi. The Boiler Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of boiler systems, ensuring compliance with safety and efficiency standards. Responsibilities include supervising technical staff, monitoring power generation processes, troubleshooting issues, implementing scheduled maintenance, and adhering to guidelines to ensure smooth operations. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure optimal performance and effective resource management.

Qualifications

 

• Supervisory Skills and Team Leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate teams
• Experience in Power Generation and Power Plants to oversee operation and maintenance tasks
• Project Management skills to plan, organize, and execute maintenance and operational projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ensure safety and operational efficiency
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to boilers and safety standards
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role in the cement or power generation industry is an advantage
