Bookkeeper (E-commerce ) | Remote

We’re a fast-growing group of UK-based e-commerce fragrance brands selling across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and eBay. As we continue to scale, we’re hiring a Remote Bookkeeper with proven e-commerce experience (mandatory) to support daily bookkeeping and reconciliations across multiple brands.

The Role

You’ll be organised, analytical, and confident working with numbers independently. This role is ideal for someone who has already handled multi-channel e-commerce finance workflows and can keep records accurate, clean, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping across multiple e-commerce brands
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger entries
• Reconcile sales and payouts from Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, eBay & PayPal
• Prepare sales summaries, profit reports, and cost breakdowns
• Track supplier invoices, payments, and outstanding balances
• Support cash-flow forecasting and monthly finance summaries
• Assist with credit control and customer payment queries
• Maintain organised financial records and support accountants for UK filings
• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and strong attention to detail at all times

Mandatory Requirements (Please do not apply without these)

• Minimum 2 years bookkeeping/accounting experience
• E-commerce bookkeeping experience (MANDATORY)
• Proficient in Xero / QuickBooks / Sage (Xero preferred)
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
• Able to manage workflows independently while working remotely
• Detail-focused with a problem-solving mindset
