Role Description

Position: Junior Associate – Accounts & SECP Compliance

Experience Required: 1–3 years

Qualification: B.Com / BBA / ACCA (Part Qualified preferred)

We are looking for a motivated Junior Associate to support our Accounts and Corporate Compliance functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping and familiarity with SECP filing requirements for Private Limited Companies.

📌 Key Responsibilities

📊 Bookkeeping & Accounts

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records

• Record purchase, sales, and expense vouchers

• Bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation

• Maintain ledgers and supporting schedules

• Assist in preparation of:

• Profit & Loss Statement

• Balance Sheet

• Cash Flow Statements

• Maintain vendor and customer records

• Assist in monthly and annual closing

🏛 SECP Compliance Responsibilities

(Very important for your requirement)

Candidate must have working knowledge of:

• SECP eServices portal

• Filing of:

• Form A (Annual Return)

• Form 29 (Directors Changes)

• Form 3 / Share Allotment

• Form 45 / Financial Statements

• Maintaining:

• Statutory Registers

• Shareholder records

• Director records

• Drafting basic resolutions and notices

• Liaison with consultants/auditors when required

📑 Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Experience with:

• QuickBooks

• Excel (Very Important)

• IRIS (FBR portal)

• Knowledge of:

• Withholding tax

• Sales tax basics

• Payroll entries
