Role Description The Branch Sales Manager (full-time, on-site in Karāchi) is responsible for driving branch-level sales performance, achieving targets, and expanding the customer base for Takaful products. This role oversees day-to-day branch operations, including managing and coaching the sales team, planning sales activities, and monitoring individual and team performance. The Branch Sales Manager will develop and implement local sales strategies, conduct market visits, and foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and community stakeholders. Typical tasks include tracking sales pipelines, preparing periodic sales and activity reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and coordinating with head office on campaigns and product updates. The role also involves organizing awareness sessions on Takaful, addressing customer queries and issues, and maintaining a professional and service-oriented branch environment.
Qualifications 

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in financial services, insurance, or Takaful, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and motivating sales teams, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills, with the ability to engage diverse clients and community stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of basic financial concepts; familiarity with Takaful or Islamic finance principles is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in a professional business setting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including pipeline management and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
  • Comfort using MS Office and CRM or sales-tracking tools to monitor activity and performance.
  • High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and alignment with the organization’s values and mission.
  • Ability to work on-site in Karāchi and conduct regular field visits as needed.
