We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Chat Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven background in design sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients. If you are confident in closing deals and have experience working with online communities and social platforms, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through live chat and social platforms in a professional and timely manner.
• Generate and convert leads into successful sales for graphic design and creative services.
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and recommending suitable design solutions.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle multiple conversations efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Follow up with leads and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure smooth project coordination and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Design Sales or a similar sales role.
• Strong command of written English with excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Hands-on experience using Discord, Twitter/X, Reddit, and Twitch for client engagement, networking, and lead generation.
• Ability to identify potential clients and convert inquiries into sales.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Previous experience as a Team Leader or mentoring a sales team will be considered a strong advantage.
