Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The BDO is responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition, developing strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and dealers, and increasing market penetration of LODHIA GYPSUM’s building material products (e.g., Gypsum Boards, Ceilings, Tiles) in both project and retail segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both
projects and retail segments.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new construction projects.
- Sales Planning & Reporting: Prepare and execute monthly and quarterly sales plans, maintain records in CRM.
- Customer Engagement: Organize product demos, training sessions, and manage key accounts.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Engineering (Civil preferred), or Marketing.
Experience Requirements:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in sales/business development in the building
materials/construction products industry.
- Experience in both project sales (B2B) and retail/dealer network (B2C).
- Good network with in the construction industry.
Key Skills:
