In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals to help expand our client base. This is a strategic role for someone passionate about sales, business development, and building long-term partnerships.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and pursue new client acquisition opportunities through various channels (cold outreach, networking, referrals, and digital platforms).
  • Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.


 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development or client acquisition (1–3 years for junior; 3–5+ years for senior).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics etc).
