Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of its client for the position of Business Development Executive. We are looking for energetic, target-oriented, and self-motivated professionals with a passion for field sales and business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through extensive field visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales and client prospecting.

Conduct meetings with corporate clients, educational institutions, and government organizations.

Present products and services professionally to potential clients.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify potential business opportunities.

Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, or B2B Sales.

Experience in the technology, engineering, geospatial, GIS, or corporate sales sector will be an added advantage.

Required Skills:

Strong business development and client acquisition skills.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.

Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Additional Requirement (Male Candidates):

Must possess a valid motorcycle/driving license and own a personal motorbike for extensive field travel.
